Tostaduria Bisetti, founded by David Torres, was a unique space
dedicated to showing various methods of coffee preparation. They
offered more than eight different ways to prepare coffee, each
of which highlights different qualities of the aromatic bean.
Customers could explore and participate in the process of
transforming green beans into a brewed drink. In addition, the
Roastery served as a cafeteria and had expert baristas capable
of making a variety of coffee styles.
