We were born in 1984 in the San Borja district due to the growing demand from families in the neighborhood who were looking for a space to eat outside their homes. Our aspiration was to prepare the best grilled chicken in Peru.
39 years later, we can say that we have achieved it. The
secret? A recipe perfected over years to achieve the unique
seasoning, perfect cooking and crispy golden brown that our
chickens have.
The owner's father inspired the venture, drawing from his lifelong experience with poultry. The idea sparked when he saw an opportunity to offer roasted chicken, a delicacy he had grown fond of. The business has evolved over the years, with adjustments made to improve the recipe. Pollería Don Tito is renowned for its distinctively seasoned grilled chicken. The establishment stands out for its unique cooking method and high-quality poultry, making it a favorite among locals.
